Timothy Brown, director of drugged driving research, was recently featured in a South Carolina news article talking about the nuances of blood and roadside testing for cannabis impairment: “People who regularly use THC consumables may meet the proposed thresholds even when they are not impaired, while infrequent consumers may not meet the limit of THC in their blood while still being too high to drive safely,” Brown said.
